These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClickTecs Inc. website at clicktecs.net and any services provided by ClickTecs Inc. ("ClickTecs", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ClickTecs provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), social media marketing, website design and development, content marketing, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and related consulting services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work signed between ClickTecs and the client.

3. WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its servers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content without written permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of this website for commercial purposes without our consent

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, images, case studies, and code - is the property of ClickTecs Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Client deliverables (websites, ad creatives, content) become the property of the client upon full payment as specified in the applicable service agreement.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month
• Project-based fees follow the payment schedule in the signed proposal
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
• ClickTecs reserves the right to pause services for accounts past due by 30+ days

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the business relationship. This includes client business strategies, campaign performance data, pricing, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ClickTecs does not guarantee specific results from its digital marketing services, including but not limited to specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or lead generation numbers. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside ClickTecs' control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and client-side factors.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickTecs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid to ClickTecs in the three months preceding the claim.

9. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. ClickTecs will provide reasonable transition assistance to support the handover of assets and account access.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
